Directions

Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Tournament Information

Coaches Meeting will begin promptly at 8:30 AM with Play
beginning
@ 9:00 AM. Pool Play will consist of three matches for
each team and the officiating teams are as follows:

1 vs 3 (2)
2 vs 4 (1)
1 vs 4 (3)
2 vs 3 (1)
3 vs 4 (2)
1 vs 2 (4)

Bracket play will be according to the OVR playoff format. Teams
that lose in bracket play
must stay and officiate the following match. The finals are
officiated
the last losing semi-final team.

Sports Express has a concession which offers full service lunch
and
a variety of snack and beverage options. OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT
ALLOWED. 
Coolers and on-site cooking is prohibited. 

Sports Express has plenty of spectator seating (bleachers and
chairs).  
Camping sites will be set up for the players.

Tournament Cancelation: 
Teams will be notified by 12:00 PM (Noon) the day before the
tournament if a cancellation takes place. If Warren County is
under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament is canceled; a notice
will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament List. Club
Directors, Coaches, and Officials will be contacted (via phone
and
email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within
three (3) days of cancelation. Cancelation because of lack of
participation will to take place no later than three weeks before
the tournament.
