• From the north (Columbus)
  Take Route 23 South to Chillicothe. From Chillicothe, take Route 35 West to the County Road 87 exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto County Road 87 which is also known as Frankfort-Clarksburg Pike. Follow Co. Rd. 87 into Frankfort. At the 4-way stop, go straight. At the next stop sign, turn right onto Springfield Street. Take Springfield Street west out of Frankfort about a mile. The school is on the right. Enter at the second entrance and follow the driveway to the rear parking lot.

• From the south (Portsmouth)
  Take Rt. 23 North to Chillicothe. Take Rt. 35 West to the county Raod 87 exit. Turn left off the exit ramp onto County Road 87 which is also known as Frankfort-Clarksburg Pike. Follow Co. Tournament Information

Thank you for entering the Frankfort April Fool Fest
at Adena High School! 

A coaches' meeting will be held at 8:30 AM on Court 1.
The tournament starts at 9:00 AM sharp. Pool play is the best of
three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 
25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap). 
The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum
two point advantage (no scoring cap).

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule pool.

Teams 1-8 (1st and 2nd place in pool play and the top 2 3rd place
teams) 
go to the gold playoffs. Teams 9-12 (remaining 3rd place team and
the
3 4th place teams)go to the silver playoffs. The lowest
seeded team in each division not playing the first round of the
playoffs will
officiate the first playoff match. Tournament play will be the
best of three
sets. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams,
before leaving,
must stay and officiate the next match.

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked
until 8:00 AM. Team camps will be permitted in the small gym area
that is located to your immediately left (just past the girls
restroom) after entering the back doors of the building.

Please keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and 
outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up
tables and/or 
cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents

are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. 

A full concession with reasonable prices and healthy choices will

be provided at the tournament site.   A Fish Fry will also be
hosted at the
playing site from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.   Fish dinners are $7 and

sandwiches are $4.
  
All seating for spectators will be in bleachers.   
Chairs may NOT be brought into the gym. 

Team/Tournament cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team
cancelling 
after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date,
will 
forfeit its entry feel. A team cancelling does not forfeit its
full 
entry fee if a replacement is found. A team cancelling from this 
tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its 
entry fee. 

If Ross County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament will 
be cancelled. For any reason the tournament is cancelled, 
a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. 
Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted
(phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned 
within 3 days of the cancellation. 

At Adena Schools, the gym entrance is in the back of the
building.
There is ample parking in the back parking lot as well.
