Tournament Information

We would like to welcome you to Shelby High School. 

Pools will be posted on the Tuesday before the scheduled
tournament.

The doors will open at 7:00 am. The coaches meeting will be at
7:30am. Warm ups 7:45 pool play begins at 8:00 am. We will
follow the 8 team format set up by the OVR.  Winners in
gold will receive an award.

When you enter the building, please proceed to the cafeteria
area.

For the safety of the participants and spectators, chairs are not
permitted on the playing floor or in the gym at all.  We have
parking around the entire facility.

There will be a concession stand available at very reasonable
prices.  All coolers must be kept in your vehicle. No outside
food is allowed in the facility, players may bring small snacks
for
themselves. No team dishes are allowed.

We will follow the advice of the Richland County sheriff, if
there is a no travel warning we will cancel the tournament.  It
will be
posted on the OVR website. I will also notify all coaches, club
directors, and officials.
