Tournament Information

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments.  All checks must
be made out to 'City of Norwalk'
and mailed to Stacie Strecker, 100 Republic St., Norwalk, OH 
44857.  Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website on
Wednesday the week of the tournament.  Tournament play will start
at 8:00 AM.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.
The coaches meeting will be held at 7:30 on court 1.
Each tournament will be set up based on OVR pool format.  Pool pay
is the best
of three sets with rally scoring.  Each non-deciding set will be
to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). 
The deciding set, if needed will be to 15 points with a minimum
two point advantage(no scoring cap).  Awards will be given to the
gold winners.

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not open 
until 7:00 AM.  Teams will be permitted to camp along the track
area.  Look
for team assignments when enter lobby.
   
Chairs will be permitted in assigned areas only.
Keep all coolers in cars.  Coolers are prohibited in and outside
facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events.  Setting up tables
and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or
parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. 

A full concession with reasonable prices will be provided at the
tournament site.

Cancellations due to weather will be made according to
recommendation from Huron County Sheriff Dept.  All tournament
directors,coaches, and officials will then be contacted by email
and phone.
