• From the east

  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.
  • Proceed approx. 500 yards and turn left on Success Lane.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.

Doors Open: 7:30 am (EST)
Coaches' Meeting: 8:05 am (EST)
Tournament Start Time: 8:30 am (EST)

Balls & Ball Carts: Warm-up balls and ball carts will be available on each court for your use during warm-ups (you do NOT need to bring balls/carts!)

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Spectator Seating: Bleacher seating is available on each court and limited floor space is available for outside chairs. Please note that chairs are NOT permitted on the sport court surface.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winners and runners-up.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiCKS website (www.aircitychicks.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.

Tournament Format:
We will play one full pool and the first two rounds of a second pool on Saturday. The pools listed below represent the first round of pool play. To view the placement of teams for the second round of pool play, go to: OVR Playoff Format for Regional Challenge (this format is the same for an American Challenge tournament)

Playoffs: All teams advance. Top two teams in Pool AA and Pool BB advance to Gold. Third and fourth place teams in Pool AA and Pool BB advance to Silver. Top two teams in Pool CC and Pool DD advance to Bronze. Third and fourth place teams in Pool CC and Pool DD advance to Copper.

Registration Requirements: Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach's contact info (email & cell phone) BY JANUARY 15, 2012

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.
