Tournament Information

Entry Fee is $175 per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  VOLLEYFREAK
And mail to:

Checks should be mailed January 1, 2012.  Checks are not deposited
until a few weeks before the tournament.  If you are entering
teams in multiple events, please consider sending a separate check
for each event.  Please include a team ID number when requesting a
spot in this tournament.  
Once a team has been accepted in the tournament, it will lose its
entry fee if it cancels and a replacement team is not found.

Doors open at 7:30 AM.  Coaches' Meeting at 8:00 AM on Court 1 in
Aux. Gym.  Play beings at 8:30 AM.
OVR 16 team format will be followed.

Please bring folding chairs.  Seating is limited.

Teams will be assigned camping areas in the Commons.

Outside food & beverages will NOT be allowed in the facility.
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.  A fully stocked
concession stand will be on site with a variety of breakfast &
lunch foods/beverages.


A volleyball vendor will have volleyball related merchandise
available for purchase from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Prizes will be provided for all 1st & 2nd place teams in the gold
division.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates.

The director will assign officials for this event.
