Tournament Information

***SITE CHANGE FOR 12s***
Due to a gym conflict the 12s event will be played at the
Independence Middle School.  The address is 6111 Archwood Road and
it is right next door to the High School/Fieldhouse.  You can
either park in the front along the street and enter through the
main doors or you can park in the back lot and enter through the
single glass door on the right.  I will have signs posted.  Also,
there is no bleacher seating in the Middle School gym so please
bring your own chairs.

Doors will be unlocked at 7:30 AM. There will be a coaches meeting
at 8 am at both sites.  Play starts at 8:30 AM sharp.

Playoff Format for 14A: All first-place and second-place teams to
the Gold playoffs.  All third-place teams to the Silver playoffs. 
All fourth-place teams to the Bronze playoffs.  Awards will be
given to the 1st and 2nd place teams in Gold.

Playoff Format for 12s: All first-place and second-place teams to
the Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams to the
Silver playoffs.  Awards will be given to the 1st place team in
Gold.

If for any reason the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be
displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club directors
and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as
soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within 3 days of the
cancellation.

SITE INFORMATION
There will be a concession stand.
14A will be playing on courts 1-4 located in the Fieldhouse.
12s will be playing on courts 1-2 located in the Middle School.

There is plenty of camping space available in both the Fieldhouse
and Middle School. 

There is limited bleacher seating in the Fieldhouse so please
bring your own chairs.  There is no bleacher seating in the Middle
School so you will need chairs.
