Doors open at 7:45 am
Coaches meeting at 8:00am (someone from every team must be present)
Pool play begins at 8:30am

Pool play is the best of 3 sets with rally scoring. Each non deciding set will be to 25pts with a min. 2 pt. advantage(no scoring cap) . The deciding set will be to 15 pts. with at 2 pt. advantage ( no scoring cap ).
All warm ups will use the 2-4-4 format, 2 min. shared court, 4 min. serving team, 4 min. receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually 1 min.

Teams will officiate according to the written format schedule.

      Seating – NO CHAIRS will be permitted. Seating provided

      Coolers - No coolers are permitted in or around the facility. A full concession is provided.

Tournament checks will be deposited on January 15.

Team cancellation - Per OVR regulations, a team canceling prior to the entry deadline (14 days before the event) will receive their entry fee back if a replacement team can be found. If a team cancels after the deadline (14 days prior) the entry fee is forfeited.

Tournament cancellation - Although Pickerington is mostly located in Fairfield County, it borders Franklin County and gives a more accurate picture in terms of weather. If the tournament is to be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, all teams will be notified via phone / e-mail by 6:00pm the previous day. A posting will also be place on the website. If cancellation occurs the day of it will be due to Franklin County being under a Level 3 Snow Emergency. Entry fees will be returned within a week.
