The R2 and Scorekeeper should report to the court official at the

One additional penalty point will be awarded every minute thereafter,
until both the R2 and Scorekeeper report to the court official.

The assistant scorekeeper, flip scorer, and both line judges should
also report to the court official before the coin toss. If they have
not all reported to the court official prior to the second timed
warm-up, one penalty point will be awarded to their next opponent.
One additional penalty point will be awarded every minute thereafter,
until the remainder of the work crew reports to the court official.

No more than one penalty point per minute will be awarded.

If no additional matches are to be played by the work team in
the tournament, the tournament director will file an incident
report with the OVR commissioner and a $50 fine shall be imposed.

Playoffs
========
All teams advance to the playoffs (bracket play).
Ties WILL NOT be decided by playing a tie-breaker set.

All teams will be ranked within their pools based on match
percentage. Ties will be broken following the procedure below.

All first-place and second-place teams go to the Gold bracket.
All third-place and fourth-place teams go to the Silver bracket.

Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on
pool finish to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other
in the first round.

First place finishers in the Gold division will be given awards.

TIE BREAKERS
============
1) If 2 teams from the same pool are tied:
   Their head to head match determines their order of finish.
2) If 3 teams from the same pool are tied:
   - Set winning percentage will be the next criteria, followed by
   - Total point differential for all sets played
3) If 3 teams remain tied, a coin flip will determine order of finish
