  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.

2011 AiR CiTY CHiCKS VOLLEY for the CURE
All proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen for the Cure in the fight against breast cancer. Gift basket raffles, breast cancer posters, volleyball apparel & trinket items for sale & lots of PiNK will be on-hand to celebrate the day!

Registration Requirements: Send 11-character team code, entry fee & coach's contact info (email & cell phone) BY JANUARY 15, 2011

Doors Open: 7:30 am (EST)
Coaches' Meeting: 8:05 am (EST)
Tournament Start Time: 8:30 am (EST)

Warm-up Balls & Ball Carts: Balls and ball carts will be provided for warm-ups on all courts. There will be 10-12 balls per court as well as a cart for your use during your warm-up period.

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Awards: Presented to Winners and Runners-up in the Gold Bracket.

Cancellation Policy: A team cancelling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team cancelling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Weather Related Cancellations/Delays: If Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) issue a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. If the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiCKS website (www.aircitychicks.com). Club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be contacted by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place teams advance to the Silver playoffs. All fourth-place teams advance to Bronze playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round.
