Tournament Information

I would like to welcome you to Lexington High School. 

Pools will be posted on the Tuesday before the scheduled
tournament.

The doors will open at 7:00 am. The coaches meeting will be at
7:30am in the new gym. Warm ups 7:45 pool play begins at 8:00 am.
We will
follow the 12 team format set up by the OVR.  Winners and runner
up in gold will receive an award.

We are located at 103 Clever Lane.
 
When you enter the building, please proceed to the cafeteria
area. There you will find a camping area for your team. 

For the safety of the participants and spectators, chairs are not
permitted on the playing floor of the new gym for pools 1 & 2,
however will be allowed in the old gym for pool 3 in the old gym.



There will be a concession stand available at very reasonable
prices.  All coolers must be kept in your vehicle. No outside
food
is allowed in the facility, players may bring small snacks for
themselves. No team dishes are allowed.

We will follow the advice of the Richland County sheriff, if
there is a no travel warning we will cancel the tournament.  It
will be posted on the OVR website. I will also notify all
coaches,
club directors, and officials.
