• From I-71 South:
  Take exit OH-123 (exit 32) toward Morrow/Lebanon Turn right on OH-123
  Turn left at signal (Bob Evans on corner)onto ramp to US-42 Byp N
  Follow this road to the 2nd signal (Miller Rd). Take a right onto HWY 100/Drake Rd
  The school will be on the right hand side, take second entrance.
  Go to student parking lot and park. The gym will be through the doors on your right downstairs.

  Road will come to a T (OH-122)
  Turn left onto OH-122

Thank you for your interest in our tournament.  
Teams may enter MVJA VBC tournaments by
sending an entry fee ($175), team 11 digit ID#, and team contact
name and
address by January 15th.

Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of
the
tournament.  Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.  A
coaches' meeting at 8:30 AM in the main gym to the start of the
tournament.  
The tournament starts promptly at 9:00 AM at Lebanon High School.
Pool pay is the best of three sets with rally scoring.  
Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum
two-point advantage(no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed
will be to
15 points with a minimum two point advantage(no scoring cap).  
All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format. Teams may request the 
referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Tee Shirts will be awarded for Gold Division Winners.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool
play.

All teams advance. All teams must be ranked within their pools 
based on match percentage first. For any ties, use the OVR
tie-breaking procedure.
All first-place and second-place teams to the Gold playoffs. All
third-place teams 
to the Silver playoffs. All fourth place teams go to the Bronze
playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be
based on pool finish
to avoid teams from the same pool playing each other in the first
round. . 
Tournament play will be the best of three sets. After the first
round of the playoffs,
all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next
match.

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked
until 8:00 AM at Lebanon High School, team camps will
be permitted in the cafe or on the outside balcony of the gym.  No
teams will be
allowed to camp outside of these designated areas.  

No outside coolers or food are permitted.  Coolers are prohibited
inside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events.  Setting up
tables
and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or
parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. We have plenty
of
seating in bleachers.
A full concession with reasonable prices will be provided at the
tournament site.

Tournament checks will be deposited January 15, 2011

Team/Tournament cancellation:  Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.  A team canceling
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee
if a replacement is found.  A team canceling from this tournament
to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

If Warren County is under a level 3 Emergency, the tournament
will be canceled.  For any reason the tournament is canceled, a
notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list.  Club
directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,
email) as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3
days of the cancellation.
