Tournament Information

Teams may enter Club Hollywood tournaments by sending an entry fee
($350), team 11 digit ID#, and team contact name and address by
January 15. Enclose a check for $350 made payable to Richard
Wyman. Checks will be deposited by January 15, 2011

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Team rosters will
be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified. A coaches’
meeting at 7:30AM at the playing site will take place prior to the
start of the tournament. The tournament starts at 8:00AM sharp.

The format for the challenge will be:

Day 1:	Standard 12 team format using traditional seeding methods
Re pool after conclusion pool play using the following format to make power pools the same 12 team format will be used

Day 2:
Finish pool play and go into standard tournament play

 Medals to gold tournament champions and
gold runners- up. 

Please note, the doors of the playing site will not be unlocked
until 7:00AM. Team camps are only permitted in the Commons area as
designated by the tournament director. The tournament director
will does his best to direct teams to camping areas. The use of
any ball outside of the gymnasium is not permitted while inside
the building. 

Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside
facilities hosting OVR- sanctioned events. Setting up tables
and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or
parents are prohibited at OVR- sanctioned events. A concession
will be provided at the tournament site. Please NO FOOD or DRINK
PERMITTED IN THE GYMS. Water or sports drinks only for players. 

Seating for spectators will provided in the gymnasium. Columbiana
High School will be only gym where chair seating will be
permitted. Only those teams currently playing in a match are
permitted on the gymnasium floor. If the tournament is cancelled,
club directors are/or coaches and officials will be contacted
(phone, email) as soon as possible. Tournament cancellations will
be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Entry fees will be
returned within 3 days of the cancellation.
