Tournament Information

Teams may enter by sending entry fee, team 11 digit ID #, and
team contact name and phone number by January 15th.

Entry fee is $175 per team.  Please write your entry fee check
payable to:  VolleyFreak

Doors open at 7:30 am.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:00 am on
Court #1.  Play begins at 8:30 am.

Awards will be given to first and second place teams in the Gold
Division only.  

Limited seating is provided. Bring Chairs. Camping
space will be assigned.
Volleyball vendor will be selling a variety of volleyball related
merchandise.

Outside food is not permitted in the facility. A concession stand
for participants and spectators will be available - includes
pizza, pasta salad, hot
dogs, breakfast items, chips, beverages, sloppy joes etc..
Personal coolers must be left in your
vehicle.

If severe weather is expected, please watch this space for
updates. If for any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice
will 
be displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club directors, 
coaches and officials will be contacted by email as soon as
possible. 
Entry fee will be returned within 3 days of cancellation.


Team/Tournament Cancellation:  Per OVR regulations:  A team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the 
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling 
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee 
if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament 
to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Team rosters will
be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament.
Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.
