• Driving north on SR-11:
  Take the ramp right for Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Left onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28.
  Turn Left onto Shannon Road.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.
• Driving south on SR-11:
  Take ramp right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd toward Niles.
  Turn Right onto Tibbetts-Wick Rd / CR-28 then immediately turn left onto Shannon Rd.
  High School is 1 mile away on the right-hand side.

Tournament cost is $175.

This is a 12 team 3 net tournament with the top 8 teams advancing
to Gold playoffs and the bottom 4 teams advancing to Silver
playoffs.  The winning team of the first playoff match in both
Gold and Silver playoffs, will officiate the second match on the
net.  The losing team of that first match will be free to go home.
 The losing team of each match after the first match in playoffs,
will stay and officiate.  Officials will be compensated after
playoffs and when the game ball is returned.

CONCESSIONS WILL NOT BE SOLD FOR THIS TOURNAMENT.  THERE IS A
COUNTY WIDE ROBOTICS CLINIC RUNNING HERE THE SAME DAY SO WE WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO RUN A CONCESSION STAND.  Outside food is permitted
but no coolers in the school.   Food will be permitted in the gyms
the day of this tournament.  Bleacher seating will be available
for all 3 nets so chairs are not necessary or permitted.  Smoking
is prohibited on all high school grounds, including outside the
gym and in the parking lot.

T-Shirts and medals to the Gold Champion.  Medals for runner up in
Gold and the winner of the Silver.

Payment for all tournaments must be received by January 15th,
2011.  Any unpaid teams after January 15th, 2011 will be replaced
with a team from the waiting list.  A team cancelling after the
entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit
its entry fee. A team cancelling prior to the entry deadline does
not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team
cancelling from this tournament to enter a different tournament
will forfeit its entry fee.

All coaches and club directors will be notified the night before
the tournament of any pending bad weather.  If Trumbull County is
under a level three warning, the tournament will be canceled.  If
the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed on the OVR
Junior Tournament list.  Club directors and/or coaches and
officials will be contacted (phone,email) as soon as possible.
Entry fee will be returned within 3 days of cancellation.
