There is a large parking lot adjacent to the football stadium. Enter the gym throught the sliding double doors.

Doors open at 7:30. Coaches meeting will be at 8:10am.
Play begins at 8:30am.You can park in the lot next to the football
field behind the gym.

There is bleacher seating in the gym. There will no chairs allowed
in the gym. Chairs are allowed in the
Multi purpose room only. This is also where you will find room to
camp as well as our concession stand.

A full concession stand with hot food will be made available 
No coolers or outside food are permitted into the facility. 
  
Awards will be given to the winner of the gold bracket only. 

All coaches and club directors will be notidied the night before
the tournament of any pending bad weather.  
If Mercer County is under a level three warning, the tournament
will be canceled.  
For any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be
displayed on the OVR Junior Tournament list.  
Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted
(phone,email) as soon as 
possible. Entry fees will be return following cancelation. 


Team/Tournament Cancellation:  Per OVR regulations:  A team
canceling after the entry deadline, 
14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee.

A team canceling prior to the 
entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a
replacement is found.  
A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different
tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
