To minimize cost to OVR members, the OVR does not accept credit cards. Send payment by check, payable to "Ohio Valley Region, Inc.", to the address indicated on your purchase confirmation generated by checking out.

The OVR Kaepa®USA storefront attempts to reflect available inventory, but inventory may be depleted between when an order is placed and when the customer's check reaches the OVR. To check inventory of particular items, contact kaepasales@ovr.org.

Kaepa USA requires a minimum order of $25.

Kaepa USA will ship orders directly to the customer. Prices include shipping.

Kaepa USA exchange policy: The customer must contact the OVR for any exchange request; the OVR will forward an Exchange Authorization to Kaepa. The customer is responspible for a 15% restocking fee, and for return shipping to Kaepa/Dallas. Following receipt by the OVR of the 15% restocking fee and receipt by Kaepa of the item to be exchanged, Kaepa will ship the new item to the customer. All returned products must be in original condition and in original packaging.
