DESCRIPTION: 36" MS Quick Set Volleyball Net

GENERAL DIMENSIONS: The 36" MS Quick Set volleyball net is designed to be used with Spalding Steel and Aluminum Multi-Sport Systems. The net size is 32' (9.75m) x 3' (0.9m). It has a cable top and rope bottom. This net comes with steel dowels, rope tensioners and adjustment hex wrench.

CONSTRUCTION:

Net: The net shall have 32' (9.75m) of 4" (100mm) square mesh. The mesh shall be constructed of size #36 twine. The net height shall be 36" ± 1" (914mm ± 25mm) from top of top binding to bottom of bottom binding. It shall have 2" (51mm) binding on the top and the bottom. The top cable shall be 33' 6" (10.2m) long and shall be constructed of coated 3/16" (5mm) diameter steel aircraft cable. The bottom rope shall be 38' (12.8m) long and shall be constructed of 1/4" (6mm) polyethylene rope. There shall be side pockets for the dowels on each end.

Dowels: The dowels shall be constructed of 7/8" (22mm) diameter steel tubing. The dowels shall be 38-1/2" (9278mm) long and shall have a 3/8" (10mm) diameter hole drilled 7/8" (22mm) from each end. The net ropes shall thread through this hole when the net is installed. These dowels shall fit inside the end pockets of the net.

Rope Tightener: Two rope tensioners are included with the net. They are designed to hook onto the upright collars. The tensioners are tightened by pulling the free end of the rope.
