USA Volleyball: Ohio Valley Region PDF files on the OVR Web Site

Why PDF?

Various documents and forms on the OVR web site are distributed in PDF format. PDF facilitates high-quality printing as well as online browsing on as wide a range of systems as possible. It also retains intended formats, a requirement for many OVR materials.

Using PDF Files

To access PDF files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), which you may already have on your system. If not, please take a few minutes to download and install it.

Required Acrobat Version

Acrobat Reader 4.05 is strongly recommended. While Acrobat Reader 3.0 and 4.0 may work for various documents on the OVR Web site, version 4.05 offers significant advantages. Also, certain documents on our site are obtained from external sources, e.g. USA Volleyball, and whether those strictly require the current version of Acrobat Reader is beyound our control. Acquiring or upgrading to version 4.05 is free; please take a few minutes to do so.

Printing

OVR documents are generally designed as "print-optimized" PDF files. It is likely that browsing and printing those files will be unproblematic. If you do encounter problems, the Help utility in Acrobat has a useful section on troubleshooting.

Problems

PDF files on ours site have been tested with current versions of major browsers and Acrobat Reader. If you are having problems, the following suggestions should help:
