To report an out-of-region result for your team, e-mail the following information to Al Herbert at herbert@ovr.org:

• your name, e-mail address, and phone number
• club name - team name (e.g. Emplar VBC - 14 White)
• team code (e.g. FJ4-EXEMP1-OV)
• tournament date
• tournament name
• web page on which tournament results are listed
• number of teams in the division in which your team competed
• your team's finishing place
