This tournament is using Online Check-In (available 5 days prior to tournament).
Head Coaches must use the Online Check-In.
Use the OVR Login > Continue > My Account > My Team(s)
Go to Tournament Schedule at the bottom of the team page.
Select "Online Check-In"
Make sure your roster/certifications are complete, using link on that page.

If you need to add a player or coach temporarily for this tournament,
print out the Roster for Tournament Check-In and write the additions and
submit to Tournament Director / Site Director when you arrive at the tournament.

Door will open at 7:30AM.

Sommer Center Pool D on Court 1 and Pool C on Court 2  (no chairs allowed)
Founders Hall Pool B Ct 3 (no chairs needed - bleacher seating available)
Burcky Gym Pool A Ct 4 -YOU WILL NEED TO BRING CHAIRS IN THIS GYM.

Coaches please check in at the table in Sommer Center.  Coaches meeting in Sommer Center near the concession stand at 8:00 AM.

Tournament will begin at 8:30AM.

T-shirts for the winner of the gold bracket and water bottles for the 2nd place team in the gold bracket.

Tournament format for 4 team pool will be: Pool play-best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two-point advantage(no scoring cap). All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes serving team, 4-minutes receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one minute.

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play.

Gold Bracket (Sommer Center) - Top two teams from each pool.
Silver Bracket (Founders Hall) - Third place teams
Bronze Bracket (Burcky Gym-need chairs in this gym) - Fourth place teams

There is no admission for this tournament. We will have a concession stand with pizza, hot dogs, chips, candy, and drinks.  We will not have coffee for sale if you are one that needs your morning cup of joe, please stop in town and pick one up before arriving. :)
