**Pools will be created the Wednesday prior to the tournament and an email will be sent to all club directors and coaches with the tournament information.

Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your registrations are complete. 

Location: 

• Fort LeBoeuf High School 931 North High Street Waterford, PA (Courts 1 & 2)

• The gym entrance is in the back of the school by the baseball field and the door is marked.

• Fort LeBoeuf Middle School 865 Cherry Street Waterford, PA (Court 3)

• The gym entrance is in the front of the school by the flagpole and the door is marked. 

Start Time: Doors will open at 7:45 AM.  There will not be a coaches' meeting. Please check in online or bring a roster if you are an out of region team. The tournament starts at 8:30 A.M. sharp.

Spectator/Parent Information: $5 per adult spectator fee in CASH only. Players and coaches are excluded. Seating for spectators will be provided in the gymnasium and chairs are not necessary. Only those teams currently playing in a match are permitted on the gymnasium floor. A concession stand will be provided from 10AM-2PM. Tournament mechandise will also be on sale. Both are CASH only.

Coaches’ Information: Balls will not be provided for warm ups.  Please have a roster on your line up sheet for the official’s at the score table. 

Hotel: A block of hotel rooms at a discounted rate have been secured for this tournament. The hotel is the SpringHill Suites Erie. The block of rooms closes 30 days prior to the tournament. Please use this link: Book your group rate for EPIC Volleyball

Pool Play: Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.) Team’s first warm up of the day will follow the 7-4-4 format.  All warm-ups thereafter will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes serving team, 4-minutes serve Receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually at one minute.

Match 5: 3 vs. 4 (2)
Match 6: 1 vs. 2 (4)

Teams will officiate according to the above schedule for pool play. 

Playoffs: Teams 1 & 2 (pool play winners, 2nd place teams) go to the gold playoffs and teams 3 & 4 (the third place team and fourth place teams) go to the silver playoffs. The lowest seeded team in each division not playing the first round of the playoffs will officiate the first playoff match. Tournament play will be the best of three sets. After the first round of the playoffs, all losing teams, before leaving, must stay and officiate the next match.  Awards will be provided for the first and second place team in the Gold bracket.

Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events. Setting up tables and/or cooking by teams or their support staff, fans, coaches, or parents are prohibited at OVR-sanctioned events. 

Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee.
