The tournament is held at The Crest on the grounds of Hillcrest Golf Course:

The tournament will begin at 8:30 AM. Coaches meeting at 8:10 AM. Doors will not open until at 7:45 AM.

There is a $8 cash only fee, for spectators.   

Parking:  Please limit vehicles to one per player or coach.  If a family is parking more than one vehicle park extra vehicles at the Beer Barrel parking (900 Interstate Dr, Findlay, OH 45840). We run a free shuttle to the Crest and we give one free admission per vehicle.

Seating:  You can bring your own chairs.  We do have 2 bleachers per court court level.   All chairs in the Balcony level.  Keep all coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities hosting OVR-sanctioned events.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring cap.) All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format; 2-minutes shared court, 4-minutes Serving Team, 4-minutes Serve Receiving team. Match order for the first two rounds is listed below: 8:30 a.m. 1 vs. 3 (2) 9:15 a.m. 2 vs. 4 (1) Team in ( ) officiates All remaining matches will be played 10 minutes after the previous match is completed. Concession will be available for this tournament. Cash or credit card.

No outside food or drink.

T-Shirt and other volleyball will be on sale from 9:30 AM until 3 PM.  Cash or check only.
