Checks will be deposited on January 15th (unless you have previous arrangements with Jenn Larrick).

Doors open at 7:00 AM
Coaches meeting will begin at 7:30AM in our film room.
Play begins at 8:00AM

Team rosters will be downloaded from the OVR website the week of the tournament. Please make sure your coach is IMPACT certified.

 Pool play is the best of 3 sets with rally scoring. Each non deciding set will be to 25pts with a min. 2 pt. advantage (no scoring cap) . The deciding set will be to 15 pts. with at 2 pt. advantage ( no scoring cap ).
      All warm ups will use the 2-4-4 format, 2 min. shared court, 4 min. serving team, 4 min. receiving team. Teams may request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually 1 min.

Teams will officiate according to the written format schedule.
 
Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams in Gold. 

Coolers and outside food are not permitted inside or outside the doors of the Maverick facility. A concession stand offering a variety of fresh cooked food will be available (breakfast and lunch food). Seating will be provided.  No outside chairs are permitted.  PLEASE be courteous to spectators when your team is not playing.  There is also no camping due to the lack of space surrounding the courts.  Players are asked to keep all bags and belongings on the shelving provided.

Team/Tournament Cancellation: Per OVR regulations- a team
canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the
tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling
prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if
a replacement is found. A team canceling from this tournament to
enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. 

If Cuyahoga County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament will be canceled. For any reason the tournament is canceled, a notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone, email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within a week of the cancellation.
