• From the east

  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.
  • Proceed approx. 500 yards and turn left on Success Lane.
  • Arena is on the right.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.
  • Take I-675 North to Exit 2 (Miamisburg/Centerville); turn right onto Rt-725.

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winners in each division.

Cancellation Policy: A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Weather Related Cancellations: This tournament will only be cancelled, if Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) issue a Level 3 Snow Emergency. If we cancel the tournament, a notice will be displayed on this page and on the AiR CiTY CHiCKS website (www.aircitychicks.com). If cancelled, club coaches/directors and assigned officials will be notified by email and by phone via the phone number we have on file. Entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: We will rarely cancel our events, please plan accordingly.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams advance to Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round.
