  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.
  • Proceed approx. 500 yards and turn left on Success Lane.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.

Tournament Information

***SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE*** As of 6 am Saturday, Feb. 6, this tournament will still be played!! WE ARE MOVING THE START BACK ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO FACILLITATE TRAVELERS!! Doors will now open at 9:00 am and **PLAY WILL NOW BEGIN AT 10:00 AM**. PLEASE NOTE: This tournament will only be cancelled if a LEVEL 3 Snow Emergency is issued by Montgomery or Warren County (in Ohio) - any decision to cancel will not be made until SATURDAY MORNING by 6 AM. Should the event be cancelled tomorrow morning, a notice will be displayed on the AiR CiTY CHiCKS website (www.aircitychicks.com) and a phone call will be made to the club coaches/directors and assigned officials via the phone number we have on file. If cancelled, entry fees will be returned within one week of the cancellation.

Concessions: Available on-site. Outside food and/or coolers are not permitted in the building.

Awards: Presented to Gold Playoff Bracket winners in each division.

Cancellation Policy: A team canceling after the entry deadline, 14 days prior to the tournament date, will forfeit its entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not forfeit its full entry fee if a replacement is found. Phone or other expenses incurred to find a replacement may be deducted from the entry fee refund. A team canceling from one tournament to enter a different tournament will forfeit its entry fee. If a team requests and receives entry into a tournament but does not pay its entry fee, the team's club will be fined the amount of the entry fee.

Playoffs: All teams advance. All first-place and second-place teams advance to Gold playoffs. All third-place and fourth-place teams advance to Silver playoffs. Playoff positions on the tournament brackets will be based on pool finish so teams from the same pool will not play one another in the first round.
