  Take I-75 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford or take US RT 127 south to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From East or Central Ohio:

  Take US RT 33 west to Rockford.

• From Southern Ohio:

  Take either I-75 to US RT 33 west to Rockford or US RT 127 north to US RT 33 west to Rockford.

> I would like to welcome you to Parkway's volleyball tournaments. We 
> are playing in our new school which is located on the south edge of 
> Rockford on St. Rt. 118 or South Main St. The doors will open at 8:00 
> A.M. with a coaches meeting at 8:40 in the big commons area. 
> Tournament will start at 9:00 sharp. Pools for the tournament will be 
> posted by the Tuesday night before the tournament weekend. Pool play 
> will be the best of 3 sets. Each non-deciding game will be to 25 (win 
> by 2 - no cap). Each deciding game will be to 15 ( win by 2 - no cap). 
> All warm-ups will use the 2-4-4 format (2 minutes shared, 4 minutes 
> hitting for serving team,
> 4 minutes hitting for serve receive team). Match order will be as
> follows: team in ( ) is reffing team
>

> Courts 1,2 and 3 will have areas at the end of the courts for lawn 
> chairs while court 4 will have bleacher seating only, NO chairs on 
> court 4. There will be no ball handling outside of the gyms. These 
> rules will be strictly enforced.

> Keep all coolers in your vehicles. Coolers are prohibited in and 
> outside facilities hosting OVR sanctioned events.No outside food is to 
> be brought in the school. Setting up of tables and/or cooking by teams 
> or their support staff, fans, coaches or parents are prohibited at OVR 
> sanctioned events. A full concession stand will be available all day.

> No rowdy fans or coaches will be tolerated. If someone continually 
> yells at the officials, scorekeepers, line judges or players, you will 
> be asked to leave the facility.

> Team cancellations: Per OVR regulations - a team canceling after the 
> entry deadline will forfeit its 
> entry fee. A team canceling prior to the entry deadline does not 
> forfeit its entry fee if a replacement team is found.

> Tournament cancellations:  If Mercer county is under a Level 3 
> emergency, the tournament will be cancelled. A notice will be 
> displayed at the OVR Juniors Tournament info page. I will contact by 
> phone or email the contact person for each team as soon as can be 
> possible. Entry fees will be refunded to those teams by the end of the next week.
