• From the east

  • I-70 west to I-675 South.
  • Take I-675 South to Rt-725 (Miamisburg/Centerville), Exit 2. o Turn left at stop light at the top of the exit on Yankee Street.
  • Take Yankee St. to Austin Pike (Yankee Trace Golf Club will be on the left) and turn right.
  • Proceed approx. 500 yards and turn left on Success Lane.

  • I-70 East to I-75 South to I-675 North.

Tournament Information

Entry fee is $170 per team.  Please make checks payable to Monte

Checks should be mailed by February 22, 2010.  Checks are not
deposited until the Monday prior to the event.  

If you are entering teams in multiple events, please send
separate checks per event.

Doors open at 7:15 A.M.  Coaches' meeting is at 7:30 A.M.  Play
begins at 8:00 A.M.

Bleacher seating is provided. Personal chairs are permitted.

Lockerrooms are available for camping and storing of personal
items.

Absolutely no outside food is allowed into the facility.  South
Metro provides a concession stand for participants and
spectators.
Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

Pool play, tournament playoff schedule, and order of matches will
be shared with tournament entry teams at least one week prior to
the event. Each team will be guaranteed 3 to 4 matches and no
less
than 8 games.

Tournament format will consist of standard pool play with 4 teams
in each pool.  If the number of teams does not meet the required
4
teams in each pool and we can accommodate a pool or pools of 3,
we
have the right to accommodate that need.

Gold and Silver Playoffs will be determined and seeded by pool
results, as per standard OVR format.  

Individual awards will be presented to 1st place teams in the
Gold Division.  

Officiating expectations will follow the normal OVR posted rules
and guidelines for pool and playoff play.  A team coach is
required to be present during all games their team is
officiating.

937-241-6341 for updates.

If Montgomery County is under a Level 3 Emergency, the tournament
will be canceled.  If for any reason the tournament is canceled,
a
notice will be displayed at the OVR Junior Tournament list. Club
directors and/or coaches and officials will be contacted (phone,
email) as soon as possible. Entry fees will be returned within 3
days of the cancellation.

Cancellations will be accepted 10 days prior to the event with
full refund.  Cancellations within 10 days of event will be
subject to a $70 cancellation fee, unless another team is on the
waiting list to join the tournament, then that team will receive
a
full refund.
