Tournament Information

Hello, Our doors open at 7:00 a.m. Coaches meeting is at 8:00 a.m.
Play starts at 8:30 a.m.
All pool play and tournament play will follow the guidelines set
forth by the OVR.  In the event of a team not showing the morning
of the tournament, there will be a “re pooling” of the teams. 
This will be completed as quickly as possible.  The head official
will be introduced at the coaches’ meeting with full explanation
as to the tournament rules and court playing surface rules.  No
coolers are permitted in the facility.  Anyone bringing coolers in
will be asked to remove them from the facility.  Girls’ camps will
be provided and designated.  The girls are expected to clean and
throw away any and all trash related to their site.  Failure to do
this could impose a “fine” designated by the OVR to the respective
club.  Medals will be awarded to the first and second place teams
participating in the Gold tournament.  A full concession stand
will be provided with hot food, pizza, hotdogs, pretzels, candy
and various drinks.  The concession stand will be open from 7:00
a.m. until close of business day.  We will only cancel the event
if the City of Reynoldsburg or the entire Franklin County is under
Level 3 Snow Emergency.  We will have a tournament under all other
conditions.  There will be no refunds given for teams that did not
show due to weather, unless the Level 3 Snow Emergency is in
effect at 7:00 a.m. the day of the tournament.
