Tournament Information

I would like to welcome you to the Blackswamp VBC facility. Pools
are posted. The doors will open at 8:00 am. The coaches meeting will be
at 8:30am. Warm ups 8:45 pool play begins at 9:00 am. We will
follow the 12 team format set up by the OVR.  Winners and runner up in
gold will receive t-shirts; the silver winners will also receive
an award
      We are located on 1625 County Road 1.  The road is located
across from the John Deere dealer. When you enter the building, please
proceed to the mezzanine area. There you will find a camping area that
has been assigned to your team. Each team will have a camping area that
is marked off on the floor, with an identification sign on the wall
above the area. The camp areas are assigned according to pools and team
number in the pool. As an example, 3-4 would be Pool 3 (C), team 4.
Chairs are permitted in the mezzanine, but please share the front
viewing area with teams that are currently playing. We do have limited
bleacher space on the playing level. For the safety of the participants
and spectators, chairs are not permitted on the playing level.  We have
parking around the entire facility.
    There will be a concession stand available at very reasonable
prices. The menu will include, but not be limited to: Chicken
sandwiches & bratwurst $2.00, Hot dogs $1.00, fresh popcorn .50,
soft pretzels with cheese, nachos, pop 24 oz. $2.00 and sports
drinks and water $1.00.
All coolers must be kept in your vehicle. No outside food is
allowed in the facility, players may bring small snacks for
themselves. No team dishes are allowed.
    We will follow the advice of the Seneca County sheriff, if
there is a no travel warning we will cancel the tournament.  It will
be posted on our website and also the OVR website. I will also
notify all coaches, club directors, and officials
