Directions

Sports Express is located on State Route 741 (Kings Mills Road) in Mason.

• Heading north on I-71 from Cincinnati, take Exit 25 (Kings Mills Road). Turn left off the exit and go 4 stop lights. (about 0.8 mile) Make a right into the Shoppes of Mason. Sports Express is located in the big grey building that sits behind Blockbuster Video.

• From I-75 heading south from Dayton, take the Monroe exit 29 (St. Rt. 63). Turn left off the exit and head east for 3 miles. Turn right on St Rt 741 and go south for 5.5 miles. You will come to a large intersection with Kroger's on your left. Make a left in front of Kroger's and then make another left at the first light. This is the entrance to the Shoppes of Mason. Drive straight back, Sports Express sits behind Blockbuster Video.

Tournament Information

Teams may enter Elevation VBC tournaments by sending a $170 entry
fee, team 11 digit ID#, and team contact name and address by
January 15.  Checks will be deposited by January 31, 2010.

Doors open at 8:00 am.  Coaches' meeting is at 8:30 am.  Play
begins at 9 am.

Outside food is not allowed into the facility.  Sports Express
will be hosting a concession stand for participants and
spectators.  Personal coolers must be left in your vehicles.

Camping available on Court 6 and in corners of Lobby area.
Spectator seating is provided as we have bleachers on each court
and stools overlooking courts.

Pool play is the best of three sets with rally scoring. Each
non-deciding set will be to 25 points with a minimum two-point
advantage (no scoring cap.) The deciding set, if needed, will be
to 15 points with a minimum two point advantage (no scoring
cap.)
All warm-ups will use 2-4-4 format; 2 minutes shared court, 4-
minutes Serving Team, 4- minutes Serve Receiving team. Teams may
request the referee to tell them when to serve, usually one
time.
We will follow the 8 team tournament schedule as set by the OVR
guidelines. 1st/2nd place from pool play goes to Gold.  3rd/4th
goes to Silver.  Gold bracket winners and gold runner-up will
receive prizes.
