Directions

• I-75, North or South, to Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Turn east towards Dayton, go past UD Arena and Welcome Football Stadium on the left to Stewart Street Bridge (stop light.) Turn right, go to the third stop light, Brown Street. Continue past the intersection and turn to right into UD campus entrance. Follow road and look for parking lot Guard Shack. Enter parking lot on the left.

Tournament Information

1.Information when your pool starts is located on the dayton
juniors website at www.daytonjuniors.org in the menu bar under
President Cup.

2.Tournament information packets must be picked up at the Dayton
Convention Center after 6:00 PM, February 12, 2009 or prior to
pool play on Saturday at your playing facility.

3.Teams will be placed in Gold, Silver Bronze and additional
tournament position pool play depending how they finish in
regular
pool play. All play will be again best of 3 sets.  Teams are
guaranteed at least 7 matches except 12s. Awards will be presented
to the
winner and runner-ups in the gold, silver and bronze divisions.

Please note the doors to the facilities will not be unlocked
until 7:00 AM.  Team camps are only permitted in the Commons
area.
The use of balls are not permitted anywhere outside the gymnasium
while inside the buildings.

4. No coolers will be permitted inside any facilities. Keep all
coolers in cars. Coolers are prohibited in and outside facilities
hosting OVR sanctioned
events.  Setting up tables and or cooking by teams or their
support staff, fans, coaches, or parents, are prohibited at OVR
sanctioned events. 
 
5. No Chairs allowed in the Dayton Convention Center, Trent Arena
or Frericks UD.  Only those teams currently playing the match are
permitted on the gym floor. 

6. Tournament cancellation:  If Montgomery County is under a level
3-snow emergency, the tournament may be cancelled.  If for
anyreason the tournament is cancelled, a notice will be displayed
at the OVR tournament list and on the Dayton Juniors website. 
Club directors and or coaches will be contacted by e-mail or phone
as soon as possible.  Entry fees will be returned within 3
days after cancellation.
