We are accepting resumes from coaches who are interested in coaching in our High Performance Program for this year. We plan to field 2 boys' teams and 2 girls' teams this year provided there is sufficient talent and interest.

Coaches must be IMPACT-certified and members in good standing with the OVR. They must be able to participate in the HP tryouts, which will be held for the boys on Saturday, February 25th, at the Veteran's Memorial in Columbus. The tryout for the girls' teams will be held in May during the OVR championships. Interested coaches must also be able to participate in the OVR HP training camp, which will be held July 12-15, at Capital University (Columbus, OH). The championships will be held this year in Des Moines, Iowa, July 24-28th. There will be additional training prior to leaving for Iowa. Coaches must be available for all training and tournament dates. Coaches will be paid, and all travel and accommodations to and from the training site to the tournament and some meals will be covered.

We are looking for dynamic club coaches as well coaches with collegiate coaching experience. Interested coaches should send their resume along with a brief statement as to why they would like to serve as a coach for the OVR High Performance program to Michelle Hills at hills@ovr.org by February 1, 2012.
