• American Specialty requires that claims be mailed to reach them within 10 days of any injury. Failure to meet this deadline may prevent or delay coverage.
• It is the responsibility of the tournament host to make sure that the facility is safe and free from obstructions or other conditions that may cause injury to participants or spectators.

Each jersey must use the same color (excepting the Libero) and number height, minimum of 4" on the front and 6" on the back (recommended 6" on the front and 8" on the back) for all players. The line forming the numbers should be at least ¾" wide.
