Tournament Entry

Dates and Deadlines: Online entry for the Ohio Valley Region, Inc.-Mizuno Girls' Volleyball Championships can be done by the club director or other club admin as soon as their team roster(s) have at least 6 players with valid uniform numbers. Enter online and mail your entry fee of $275, postmarked by March 15, 2024.

Refund Policy: Because the OVR strives to accept every team that enters the OVR Girls' Championships, we make plans to accommodate. This entails financial commitments. Consequently, there will be no refunds at any time for teams that withdraw from the OVR Girls' Championships.
If number of players is the reason for not attending, you may be able to use the waiver.

Procedure: Club directors, assistant directors, and coaches can enter their teams for the Ohio Valley Region, Inc.-Mizuno Girls' Volleyball Championships from their club's page [sign in, then click here to find your club]. Data provided at registration is reused for your Girls' Championships entry, reducing the entry procedure to only a few clicks if players' information has already been provided in full.

If you do not recall your OVR account information, the "Need your username and/or password?" utility on the login page is the best and fastest way to regain your information.

Eligibility: To be eligible to play in the Girls Championships, American and Regional teams must play in at least three OVR Tournaments prior to Regionals.
National teams must play in at least two OVR Tournaments and at least one additional OVR or USAV (NQ) event prior to Regionals.

Entry fees: Entry fees are payable by check or money order made payable to: Ohio Valley Region. Clearly indicate the team entries to which your entry fees should be applied, and send your entry fees to:
