ALL teams must be registered or prepared to register with USAV before they play.

Team registration opportunities (PLEASE HAVE REGISTRATION FORM, WAIVERS AND FEES READY AND IN ORDER):

  1. Friday night at 6:00 PM (one hour BEFORE the referee's clinic)
  2. Saturday and Sunday at the Kent State Gym Annex starting at 8:00 AM

We have teams on waiting lists for this event! Please call Michelle Fox at (330) 666-8709 immediately if you need to cancel out of this event for any reason. Even if you cancel out the night before you play, someone may take your spot and you may get your entry fee refunded! If you must cancel out in the morning, you should call us at Kent State (330) 672-3780 to let us know you are not coming so we can re-do the pools to minimize confusion once the tournament begins. Your cooperation will be appreciated!
